My Trip to Vizag - part 2 contd...

Pics and what pics...anywhere and everywhere we could think of...the best one being all of us sitting in the middle of the road.
Vamsi was as usual at his best, posing at the most creative of all places...

After Simhachalam...our next halt was for Kailashgiri...It is a magnificent place...with extraordinary view...the idols of Siva-Parvathi encompassing the place showing sheer dominance in a way that commanded respect from everyone who visitied the place.

The Bay of Bengal looked absolutely beautiful...the waves hitting the shore trying to show their strength and the shore trying its best not to let the waves over power them in any way...it was actually thrilling to sit on the top of a hill and watch the entire scene.
We had some amazing time, the photographs that were taken were among the best and of course a part of the most cherishable memories of the trip!!!

By then our stomachs were grumbling with hunger,,,so lunch was what we stopped for, the next time.
After lunch, all of us were in a kind of siesta mood, and the place we visited was also somewhat like that...Vizag museum!!! Frankly speaking, I hardly must have seen anything closely there.

But what was exciting was the Submarine museum...a museum inside a submarine explaining how exactly a submarine looks like, how it works and all. That was one thing that woke me up from the sleepy brain that I had at that time!!!

By the time we came out from the museum, it was time for some REAL fun...so what did we do???
Run to the beach...what else!!! The water was calling...how could we stop??? We ran...we played...and boy...we enjoyed!!!

Two solid hours of fun and masti later everyone was dead tired and full of sand...eekksss...so some ice creams later and of course some pics later :) we headed back to the hotel, to rest for the day!!!

But yes couldnt sleep before calculating the expenditure...Thanks Vamsi for sitting through with that!!!

After a very tiring day, while the others played cards, I was off to my world of dreams...

My Trip to Vizag - part 2

The second day began at 5:00 a.m. Donno why but couldnt sleep much. I got up and woke up others too!!! Quickly got ready for Vizag...went to wake up other friends too.

We reached the station and boarded autos to reach the hotel. It was a nice cosy one (Help me with the name plz). As usual, there was a fussle over who would take which room. After some discussion, we got into our rooms to freshen up and get ready for the day.

Everyone got ready by 10 after which we went for breakfast. I literally hated the place where we ate but the food was good. The tea was very refreshing. Vamsi had already arranged for a cab when we came for breakfast so we quickly filled our stomachs and got back into the cab.

Our first halt was Simhachalam. The temple was to close by 12. So we had to hurry. En route, we saw the Vizag naval base, from far of course, the fishing area...the stench ufff!!!! and the Vizag jail. The temple is over a hill. So the view from the hill was mind blowing. A quick darshan and losing sight of Chandana, Kamal and Sandeep, eating horrible ice cream....after all these...we all were in a mood of nothing but taking snaps!!!
